  • Staged Nutrient Release versus Slow Release Fertilizer...please consider.

Plants need specific nutrients at certain production and life cycle times to maximize growth and overall health of the plant.  Staged Nutrient Release-(SNR), is the precise and simple way for growers and lawn & landscape maintenance companies to achieve the highest quality plant care with the highest level of efficiency.

    SNR Technology Features.

    • Dynamite, produced with Nutricote and Florikote technology provides the baseline stability of SNR Blends.  With the dependable performance of Dynamite as a base, growers, lawn care operators, and maintenance companies have the ability to custom blend an SNR to the precise needs of their growing conditions.
    • SNR Early Release of P.  Phosphorous, for improved rooting.
    • SNR Mid-Term Release of N.  Nitrogen for plant growth and leaf formation.
    • SNR Long-Term Release of K.  Potassium for plant finishing and leaf color.
    • SNR Long-Term Release of Mg.  Magnesium for improved flowering and leaf color  The essence of plant life is Magnesium.

Slow Release Fertilizer.  Sulfur-coated granular fertilizer will temporarily slow the speeds at which nutrients are released into the environment.  But the release of nutrients is neither staged nor controlled.  Weather and environmental conditions such as soil temperature, rain-irrigation, humidity, sunlight, etc...all contribute to the degradation of the coating and the release of nutrients.
