FORESTRY RESOURCES OFFERS RENTAL SPACES FOR LANDSCAPE EQUIPMENT

Forestry Resources Inc. has opened a 10-acre site in Bonita Springs with rental spaces available for landscape equipment and trucks, according to Jeff Grzesiak, the company’s general manager.

“Land costs and zoning regulations make it increasingly difficult for landscape companies to find suitable and affordable land to store equipment and accommodate growth,” Grzesiak said. “The Forestry Resources site means a landscape business pays only for the space it needs, the site offers additional security, and the location is accessible.”

The site is behind Forestry Resources’ Bonita Springs store on Old U.S. 41, an added benefit, according to Bob Paqutte of North Star Landscaping and Maintenance. “The storage location is centrally located, so the crews don’t have to travel great distances to get to it, and they can fast-load from the supply store at the same site and get a jump start on the day.” Renting or leasing space as needed is a cost effective way of dealing with changing and increasingly expensive business needs, he added.

Spaces suitable for equipment and trucks are approximately 12-by-40 feet and range from $185 to $250 per month. Storage containers for open items, as well as mowers, spreaders, edgers and other industry tools, are also available for rent.
